Slow Scrambled Eggs

Do you want to know how to make slow scrambled eggs? Here is one way for you to try.

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Well, I wouldn’t mind eating this every morning. I love a good slow scramble!

Recipe by: Mark Calaminici | Food Loves Company

Servings 1

3 eggs

1 tbsp water

2 tbsp butter, add 1 tbsp at the end (optional for extra buttery eggs)

Freshly cracked pepper

1 ½ tbsp chives, finely chopped

1. Crack 3 eggs into a small mixing bowl with water and season with salt. Whisk until you don’t see any whites.

2. Add butter to a small sauce pan on low heat. Add eggs and continuously stir. Remove sauce pan from heat and stir and then add back to heat. You may have to do this throughout the cooking process. When the eggs become very creamy and luxurious and have started to set, remove from heat. Add chives and mix. Add freshly cracked pepper and enjoy.

Until next time, ciao!
